Hobbies and Talents:

Athletic Hobby; despite being an individual that relies on word of mouth, and casting spells. They have an athletic/fit physique – their body is accustomed to endure the physical labor that is demanded by blacksmithing, and forgery.
Magical Talent.
Technology Hobby; Crystaltech. Their tinkering expands from forgery, to creating custom prosthetics, and hand-held devices for customers. Though his knowledge with tech is limited, and mostly restricted to prosthetics, and the-like. But, he is always willing to expand his knowledge if demanded by his clients, but it will come at an extra cost for pushing his limits.
Alchemy Hobby; Very limited. He only picked it up to create anti-allergy potions, or to calm down the symptoms to a degree to strictly help with his bird allergies for a short amount of time. As well as cleaning agents customary to aid in keeping his work station clean, and prevent metals from rusting so easily.

Mechanics:
Kathar Mechanics
Kathar can change the alignment of any Spirit to that of Void, so long as they possess/own/control the Spirit. Void Spirits are always symbiotic for them also.
Kathar are not affected by the mental characteristics or changes of any Affliction or Affinity and are always in control of their own mind from them.
Arkenborn Mechanics

, you are a natural corruptor, able to detect what vices and corruptible traits others have (consent not needed). You can then initiate a corruption cycle of another person, causing them to take on heightened vices, or go down a "corruption-arc" path where they become "evil". (This does not require consent.)
Receptive Mind. While not fully able to read minds, you can sometimes perceive bleeding memories or thoughts from others. Other players may DM you and describe things you are witnessing from their minds, thoughts or flashes of the past that your character is watching while interacting with them. You may ask a player to share these, but they must always be the ones to define what is seen, if anything at all.
CORRUPTION ARKENBORN. Demon Kindred. Demons see you as one of them, despite not being a Demon yourself. During Duke Summonings, the Duke will not use anything you say against you or as an extra cost. You can Veilwalk without negative consequences, and Demons cannot possess you, or consume your soul under any circumstances, meaning you have some natural protections against demons that other mortals do not.

CINDER HEARTED
. You are an eternal ember, and your warmth can be shared with others. You are always immune to cold weathers, and frost-based Mechanics, and can extend this immunity up to 2 others by touch. Your hands, and arms can also burn or cook non-living things with touch. Finally, you are immune to non-Magical fire, and can walk through it.
MIND THIEF. With OOC consent, you can take memories, feelings, or passions from those you Vampirically feed on, and establish a mini-quest to retake them. This quest should be agreed on between you, and the player you received consent from.

Backstory/Plothooks

Who is Veskar Veyne? A forger of a skilled artisan and a humble craftsman for their craft is forged into artistry, a one of a kind for every client. This Kathar values the might, and principle of their creation and praises the art of uniqueness, ingenuity, individuality. For what is a true weapon? When it does not befit their holder? Much like seeking the love of your forevermore, finding out the right weapon is just that. A difficult feat to seek out a match made in heaven he calls "Your Avade Grande"- is one of Veskar's many beliefs. He sings many songs, composed lyrical praise to boost his own moral, and character – including the imaginary that he heavily believes in, fantasy that dabbles into theories shapes into tales that most parents would tell to their sleepy child.

A jack of all trades he was. Straying from his talents on own accord, his greatest strength are his words; of silk, yet laced with thorny grains that entangle every listener like an appeasing song. Their words strung every chord like a rhythmic pattern, he is no simple talker, and much added flavor to catch the attention of most. A pleaser, an amused talker, yet their intentions are muddled like murky waters – every move deliberate, and subtle. But not afraid to make bold moves, an unpredictable fiend. Despite their talent, and their outgoing nature, 'Veskar Veyne' itself is a pit, deep, and filled with mysteries. Stories of his own tale are yet to unravel from his own word of mouth or none at all.

What is he thinking? What goes in the depths of his mind for his actions to make sense? How does his heart still beat to even produce the slightest warmth? His actions don't often follow his words; "He is always perceived as another man." But to the common men, he is arrogant, mighty, and spiteful. Strong with their claims, their words always tinged with this mocking confidence. Yet, under that thick skin, he is a man haunted by his past, and chained to the delusions taught to him; to reach this 'ideal' strength for Godhood. But, estranged for a Kathar to seek out power, when his main weapons are the songs he shares, and the strings he strums. Perhaps, he has his own take on power? Despite forging weapons from swords, to spears, to bows, he himself does not wield one of his own. For he believes power is a subject to question one's limits, and the answer? To challenge it. And rely on yourself, your wits, your influence. To be a brute, is to rid yourself of this answer - to rely on a simple answer with no flexibility other than variations of the same meaning.

What is more to him? The inspiration for his craftsmanship expands beyond the Veil. A risk taker, a challenger for his urged endeavors; Veskar is a Veilwalker who travels through the dimension to gain connections amongst docile demons, and the-like. In fact, his summons are simply lesser demons whom he met, and agreed to serve, and fight alongside him in a form of a contract within their respective realms. To familiarize himself with the culture, and study of these creatures and their nature that has impacted his take on art, and his creations that has etched a signature uniqueness. Often dabbling with demons in these domains, and part-taking in rituals for summoning them. However, he could only thank his heritance from his Arken parent that he could do most of these feats without much consequence.

A take on the way he strums his words;

"To bow your head to the almighty, to bend your knee to the regal, yet you showed no douse of respect to the forerunners of those who worked tirelessly to appease the commoner with the beauty you dare gawk at in your day to day? My.. Tonight; as the stars sparkled down on you, and with every turn you look up to see its gleam. It does not stare back in contemplation, but a glare for your choices you, yourself has yet to redeem."

"With our songs crashing in conflicting tunes such as the harsh tides that crash onto the rocky shores, and our lyrics intertwined once in mangled strings - may this be the last time I hear your tune, you are a prickle to my thumb."
