The Withered Roses were formed to help cause chaos and disrupt the system that has betrayed so many. Led by Alethia Ormiel, The Withered Roses seek to disrupt and cause chaos on the surface and remind the guard why they should not fight against what could be a greater ally as well as provide a place for those the system has betrayed.

The original coven that started off The Withered Roses originated from The City of Daenshore, having been called The Hallowed. It had been created shortly after the city had joined the Regalian Empire, flourishing as the city populated and more began to turn to crime due to the government mishandling of the city. Many who joined the coven wanted revenge against the leadership which ran the city, having been betrayed by the system. Though they were new, they made sure to make the Regalian leadership have a harder time by causing chaos where they could. This is where the coven truly came to life when they were on the hunt.
As time went on they steadily grew, working in the shadows to cause mischief and chaos where they could. Though in recent years they had lost a good portion of the coven due to the pro and anti-Regalia factions battling, which they often got involved with. This is when Alethia was recruited into The Hallowed ranks. She worked alongside one of the members of the council Alexander, training under him. She soon rose in the ranks herself, joining him as a member of the council.
By 308 AC the coven had grown back, and it had been decided they should expand. Alethia was tasked to head off to the City of Regalia to start a new branch of the coven, one which she would run. Once she had arrived alongside Ailred, her guardian and friend, she soon began to establish the Withered Roses, a place for those rejected by and mistreated by the system to come and get their revenge.
After the combination with the Mithril Council, they had found to have more members and new power. Once Alethia had properly taken over, and with the realization that the coven was still known as the Withered Roses despite having changed their names, she decided it was best to return back to their roots and retake the old name.
-To create a safe space for vampires, inside and outside the coven, to meet and socialize with other Sanguine or with the Mundane
-To make the guard realize they cannot simply suppress us with walls and laws
- To ally and aid other covens to strengthen the Sanguine community as a whole
- To disrupt a system which has hurt many
-To cause chaos responsibly and make the surface realize why they should not try and cure us, but accept our presence
