Core Concept
Trust long gone, this cursed Lanlath roams the streets and lands with only the need of survival. Whether it be quick cash or quick pain, Lyla will take what xe can get. With almost no one to send a letter to or receive one from, they make no effort to fully immerse themself with someone new, completely shallow in their false smile. For this one, lies comes as easy as breathing, not a soul should believe their words and if Lyla's smile drops on a sentence, then trust that the words spoken is as true as the mood that will drop along with it. Taking their peace to work in taverns, xyr presence ever "warm" like craving the sun but settling for the heat of burning coal. You might find xem one day in your nearby town and the next long over the coast. No one stayed so neither will Lyla.

  • Vampires can use a Court Glamor to hide their Vampire teeth and Red Eyes from anyone but fellow Vampires, except during feeding. This counts as a Disguise, and does not work on those who already know the Vampire is a Vampire.​
  • Vampires can grant immunity to Vampirism to any person willing to bargain with them. In turn, if the bargained person attacks the Vampire or reveals the deal, they take massive damage.​
  • Vampires can use a Party Glamor at Server Events/Player Events (not Raids), which acts as a Disguise, until the leave the Event Venue. Cannot ever be used outside of Event Venues.​
  • The Fornoss faithful can use prayers or faith spells on Rune-inscribed surfaces to react with the elements without having Magic themselves. The faithful themselves are not using Magic, they are using Runescript to call upon the Elements to obey the commands of the Gods. It is notably slower and less efficient to Magic because it requires them to write the request in Rune-Script.​
  • The Fornoss faithful can call back a person who has passed into the afterlife temporarily if they possess an image (painting, statue, carving) of the person, or know their full real name. In such a case, they must perform the calling of the forerunner ritual, and command the Spirit to hold a specific purpose in line with the Fornoss faith, for example defeating someone who desecrated a religious site. This will manifest the person as a Primal Revenant, with a strong inclination to complete the Fate for which they were summoned, and if they do, they disappear again. The same Spirit can be summoned multiple times for different Fates.​
  • Lanlath do not need to sleep, but can do so if they wish, or enter into a trancelike state of meditation that approximates sleep but leaves them watchful.​
  • Lanlath can see things from incredibly far away if they focus, able to spot an eagle landing a kilometer away or a coin being flipped across a town.​
  • Lanlath are supremely difficult to inebriate with traditional alcohol, requiring a stupendous amount of liquor before they even begin to feel a mild buzz.​
  • Voilenigme Vampires can use a Guild Glamor, that allows them to participate in any Guild Meeting and fake their membership for those meetings only (should still not draw too much attention).​
  • Voilenigme Vampires are able to apply a Party Glamor onto any number of non-Vampire allies or collaborators when they use a Party Glamor themselves, following the common Rules for Party Glamor.​
  • Voilenigme Vampires have magical control over their own styling, make-up, clothing, as well as that of others, able to add, remove, change and modify anything within Emote Range.​

Backstory/Plothooks
After xe returned home, at the age of 15, from a family visit bearing teeth as sharp as a witches nails, Lyla's parents did their best to keep them safe from their weary neighbors. Their parents truly loved them and so did the townsfolk, or at least that's what xe used to think. The change to Lyla's autonomy apparently came with a get shunned free card, their family hid them away from peering eyes but also kept xem from crying for help. One day they did run out...into the garden, only wanting to play with the other kids but they all ran. Lyla's incompetence came with backlash, the town had supposedly already been suspicious of their family.. plotting, they made haste in burning down Lyla's home and killing xyr parents like martyrs. Lyla luckily escaped with scars intact, but never forgot the day. Lyla having nowhere else to turn to, returned to xyr family who burdened them with this affliction, surprisingly they opened their doors to xem and taught Lyla how to survive as a vampire, though it didn't come easy for Lyla to learn. They tried making friends, but was always sneered at whenever a persons eyes met Lyla's crimson ones. At 17 they had almost married but hunger waits for no special day, the only bells Lyla heard on their day was ones ringing death and fear, their dress and face stained red with the blood of xyr lover. With time they learned to hide their normal appearance, to lie, to "fit in", always looking away from the next vampire on stake, never wanting to bear the same fate as xyr poor, selfish "innocent", and forever loyal Lanlathian parents.
