Attacking someone is the same as declaring war on them. Besides this, you DO have terms of surrender and therefor it is a valid war. If you don't want to be at war you can always neutral Hisoka, we aren't going to pursue war with you - but we're not going to surrender either.

Well, honestly, we cannot attack the enemy (Consortium) at the heart, as they still stand tall after countless raids. The war needs to be brought to other grounds in some way. Sorry that you were allied with them.

So, you have an anthill in your backyard, and the queen is burrowed in the ground, and you can't get to her to kill her. So, you find the most minimally productive ant in the nest, and shoot at it with a peashooter. Lets say that the peashooter is the only weapon you have available. How does that make sense as a logical course of action? (Ignoring the obvious metaphor and that you would never tackle an ant with a peashooter) That seems like a good comparison.

Yes. You have an entire conversation with us titled "surrender terms" and if this isn't a war such terms shouldn't exist.
Make up your mind, are you at war with Hisoka or not? Because if you're not going to neutral us you're OBVIOUSLY at war with us.
So basically you sucked it up going against actual fighters so you're going after people who can't fight back? Cowards and failures is all you are at this point, and I'm sad to say that because I used to respect Alamut. Now all I can do is sigh at your logic and laugh at your demands.

Oi oi oi, I made a minor comment relating to the Viridian Crusade and my faction and then it died after a few small jokes then Cowboys decided to revive it by saying that you weren't waging war when attacking is the same as war and then we ended up here. So don't say it's MY personal tissue, I'm just conversing with Cowboys, who started it. Read the thread before you post please.
That said I will attempt not to continue my argument with Cowboys.

I remember the Shreds, it was absolute chaos the day of the execution as soon as Eren Shred lead the escape from the execution stands. It was exciting though to keep an eye out for them a whole week with a reward of 20s.
