The Ursa Order​

Why We Operate:
The Ursa Order exists to keep the wellbeing of Regalia's populace in check through our practice of medicine. Through Regalian crises, through siege, through plague, and through conflict either supernatural or mundane, we perform. Whether under oath or not, while in action we do no harm.

Function​

• Dispensing of alchemy, bar detriments.
  • Our alchemists may be hired.
• Free treatment of the ill and injured except in supply intensive procedures.
  • Our physicians may be hired.
• Education by way of apprenticeship for alchemists, physicians, and martial practitioners.
• Provide a neutral clinic within Old Town in the interest of all factions and residents.

Chairman - Cyrillian S. Aredeth (PuffyPigeon):

• Leader of the Ursa Order responsible for direction.

Chairwoman - Constance Bongrante (butterthynugget):

• Co-Leader of the Ursa Order responsible for direction.

Liaison: Direction operators during an instance of direction leader absence. Responsibilities include spreading word, recommending promotion, recruiting, and sharing similar authority to, only topped by, the direction leaders.

Sentinel: Those in their right to direct the operation of the Guardians only. They are to direct the operation of those in arms in a way that sets the welfare of the physicians and alchemists first before any bystanders or victims.

Guardian: Men and women in arms whose duty it is to defend the doctors and alchemists in the field. No one else but themselves and fellow staff.

Alchemist: Those who supply the physicians with their medicine and the Guardians with their preventive measures. These may also be medically trained. On the field and only in Old Town, they have the right to make use of harmful alchemy in self-defense.

I am asking to join the Ursa Order - as my recent.. unemployment has occurred from the good Company from quitting as they dwelled into gangs - and becoming a 'gang'. I have had almost a decade and just a little over a half of medical training. I know my ointments - the painkillers from Swampblood. I have worked quite recently - and heavily on stitching and bandaging the sick and the wounded. If you do not know who this is speaking - it is Rosana Havenwood, we met for a short-time during the Good Company help - and saw each other yet again when it fell apart. However getting back to the point, I am seeking to join your Order - it's been told to me and recommended by Lathai and Paeral - although they originally suggested the Medical Regiment - I chose the Order. My medical skills are mostly taking care of fight-wounds, but I can do more as I'm on terms with a sickness that took my mother away - I grew up self-taught with medical books - and even was taught under a mentor for sometime to stitch, bandage, and more for some time. I've been in combats way before of injuries several times.
