The Third Eye is the merging of two groups: the Regalian Kaahl and the Disciples of Voz'Maraaq'. Our aim is to provide a safe haven for Kathar, introduce ourselves into the crime scene, and spread the truth of Maraaq'. The two groups will work together to achieve their own goals in Regalia.
The Regalian Kaahl
The Regalian Kaahl is headed by Tethys Kalmaer (@CthulhuPulu). She, along with the Kathar Council, plan to reunite the Kathar under a common banner, filling the void left by the Sovereign. The group's goals are to:
- Provide safe shelter to the Kathar community
- Open a small market to encourage economic flow within the Kathar
- Introduce ourselves into the underground crime scene
- Select potential converts into the Disciples of Voz'Maraaq', known to the Kathar as the L'aena Vlae'lonä (New Void Cult).
Kathar Supreme
The Kathar Supreme oversees any and all actions within the community. Their verdict is final, and may veto any rulings by the Council. Their own proposals must be approved by the Council.

Kathar Council
The Kathar Council makes most executive decisions for the Kathar. These members control the criminal organization along with events and legislation for non-criminal Kathar. It is possible to ascend to this rank through election via the Council or induction by the Kathar Supreme.
The Council members will receive the utmost discretion as to their involvement upon request.

Kathar Underling
The Kathar Underling is the common rank for most Kathar within the Kaahl. They may petition for change within our ecosystem, and benefit from the resources we share. These members may be selected to work alongside the L'aena Vlae'lonä in gang-related activities.
The Underlings may request discretion.

Kaahl Member

We are currently recruiting IC; however, OOC meetings can be arranged to see if this group is the right fit for your character. The Disciples of Voz'Maraaq'
The Disciples of Voz'Maraaq', headed by the Nameless One (@Lizmun), follow the word and truths of the new void god, Maraaq'. With the death of the old void gods, and the abandonment of the Arken, the Nameless One plans to spread their eldritch faith among the splintered void worshippers and unite the various sects. The Cult's current goals are to:
- Spread the will and influence of Maraaq'.
- Crush any who stick to the false Void faiths in the face of change, and defend the Void against those that would defile it.
- Recover and catalog artifacts of the Void.
- Tear through the false reality of the world and reveal the truth to all.
The positions in the group are as follow:
Ascendant
Those that are gifted by Maraaq' directly, have seen the truth in whole, and are able to communicate with the eldritch god at will. Currently limited to the Nameless One.

The right hand of the Nameless One, they have proven themselves as Priests and can fully profess Maraaq's word without issue or direct guidance from the Nameless One.

Priests
Priests are either suggested by the High Priest or are Picked by the Nameless One. They can openly profess Maraaq's will with the guidance of the High Priest or the Nameless One.

Acolyte
Acolytes are trusted Cultists and often help Priests in their duties. They can be picked by the High Priest and the Nameless one, and are suggested by Priests.

Cultist
Regular members of the Cult who have been through the initiation rites. Only the Nameless One can fully initiate prospects into Cultists.

Prospect
Prospects are those who are preparing to become Cultists by learning the word of Maraaq' and testing their minds with his revelations.

Initiate
Those who have shown interest in the words of Maraaq', but have yet to start learning. Those who are entering the cult start here.

The Disciples of Maraaq' are currently strictly recruiting IC, though OOC arranged meetings will be allowed. Approach Lizmun on Discord (Lizmun#7935) or the Forums and ask to be approached IC if you are interested in having your character join.
