Depiction of The Crag, an ancient location to those of the Skagenak.
Rooted deep within the history of the Velheim peoples, the School of Skagger serves as a strong and long-lasting order that served to train the infamous warriors known as Skaggers. Deriving back to the days of the Skagger Horde in the times of occupation of the Drixaghian and Calemburg lands, the Order takes its name from the progenitors of their discipline. A controversial school, those trained in the disciplines feature an unlikely balance between strong emotional control and pure, unbridled rage.As opposed to the common person's thought of the warriors of Skagger as northern screamers, those of the Order are known rather be quite self-reserved and self-controlling.
The warriors of the Skagger Order are drawn into five separate disciplines throughout the order, their locations varying across the Northern Expanse of the archipelago. It's said to draw its roots from symbolism in the Oldt Fayth, namely the Northern Moose, Northern Brown Bear, Northern Wolf, and Drixagh Falcon.
The Skaggers are praised highly among the Northern people, as valiant protectors who roam the land.
Skagenak | The Traditional Wolf.
The traditional warriors of the Order, the Skagenak is known infamously for their use of twin hand axes. It is the most common and popular discipline, and saw its peak in the years around 305 AC where they looked to be just about all over in conflicts. Their use as ferocious and effective methods make them perfect shock troops against opposing forces. The advanced students are known as the Berhednar, a colloquial name taken from the Tunge language of the Horde translating to "The Bear-Headed Ones".

Älgträffar | Form of the Northern Moose.
Considered the defense form of the Skagger Order, the Älgträffar are known to favor shield over axe, or in some cases sword. They draw inspiration from the enduring Northern Moose, and the form is one of the more rare ones throughout the North, commonly taught to leaders of the Velheim society as they are expected to care and protect their people. The Moose warriors are considered the hardiest of their kind, and are known to commonly favor the protection of their ally than on their objective.

Vargklor | Form of the Northern Wolf.
Inspired by the tenacity of the Northern Wolf, the Vargklor warriors are considered the most vicious amongst the Skagger Order. They are agile and precise warriors, known to target the weak points of opposers and weave through the battlefield to deliver their blows. Notably, the Vargklor are seen on their lonesome in the field alike to that of a lone wolf, as they tend to initiate fights with a singular opponent at a time. They are among a rarity in the Order, as the lack of need for precision combatants has grown due to the volume of shock troops, and as a result of this has fell into the background as others grow more renown.

Björntass | Form of the Northern Brown Bear.
The strongest of the Skagger Horde, those of the Björntass take after the Northern Brown Bear. Their emphasis relies on brute strength, drawing in those most muscularly gifted of the Velheim to work amongst the field of combat as heavy hitters with their use of massive great axes. Their reputation has only grown in infamy as their population looks to have grown over the years, the Bear Paw Form being capable of cleave through enemies in the battlefield to inspire fear.

Uglassjel | Form of the Northern Owl.
The Guardians of Soldi, the Owl Soul warriors are seen as a rarity among the Order as they only admit female warriors. Their inspiration stems from the Throatcapswald War Owl, the use of being quick with their strikes and eyes of precision favoring them in combat. Uglassjel Peak Lodge, the location of the training, is heralded as a lodge of great honor and wisdom, leading to women wishing to prove their mettle. Being the most ranged of the Skaggers, the Owl Soul make use of careful thoughts and quick wit in the battlefield.
