The Silverclaw Mercenaries

The Silverclaw Mercenaries are an Asha-led band of roving swords who seek to acquire coin within the Regalian City. The types of jobs taken by the band are as varied as the skillsets of the band's members, with diversification and adaptation to different styles of missions and jobs available when the manpower to do so is. The Silverclaw is currently led by the Silverclaw Captain; Ankhefensekhmet.
Much of the coin made by the band is distributed amongst its ranks equally, with each member getting a share of pay proportional to their workload, and the remainder used to provide alms and respite for the needy. The band is of a charitable sort in the pursuit of Kharmic gain under the dutiful watch of Baskarr, and often pays heed to the Heron Nebapehty before doing battle and work in the spirit of maintaining a level head and rational thought in the face of battle or opposition.
The Silverclaw Mercenaries are open to any of all races barring unproven Nelfin, with an emphasis on Altalar, and has a particular emphasis on the recruitment of the Asha of the city, hoping to bring a collective together for a common cause; in gaining coin and camaraderie in the Ailor Capital. Applications to the band are to be delivered expressly to Ankhefensekhmet, delivered to the Senusret, a small ferrying ship anchored at the Regalian harbour.

Band Hierarchy

The band operates on a flat Hierarchy with the exception of the Captain(s), who are just leaders in name. I may implement one dependant on the number of folk joining.

The Silverclaw Mercenaries is intended to be a fairly relaxed roleplay group for Asha and anyone else who wants to participate, and whilst the band is a group of Mercenaries, I don't plan for it to engage in much system participation or conflict without it being driven by the group itself. In essence, the function of the organization is to get together and chill. As such, pretty much anyone of any skillset is welcome to come and vibe.
Applications are simple! Pretty much, toss me a DM on Discord at Antimreoir#3197, or reply to the thread with an @tag. I won't really have a format for this since it's nothing super-duper official.
