'Scale has, unwisely, made himself too much of a problem for me to tolerate. Despite numerous chances to quit while he was ahead or atleast feign his death long enough to be ignored, he continues to kidnap and maim those on either side of the law like a hound off it's leash. We will be dissolving his company by force; and in the meantime we present the following ledger of information.'


KNOWN ASSOCIATES, DESCRIPTIONS, AND NOTES
- 'Whisper'​

'Real name 'Corin', usually seen in a rusted suit of armor. Lives at Claw Court 6 under a number of properties owned by Astrid, who he is friends with. His home has a security system described as 'extremely poor' in our reports'​

- Astrid​

'Not in Scale's company, but is aware of Corin's secret identity and struck a pact with Scale for those living on her properties to be left alone. It is believed that other members of his company may be living at the Claw Court properties she rents. Blonde elf, typically wears a blue outfit, lives at the Claw Court'​

- 'Molly Dolly'​

'Former medic, has since defected. Believed to be actively hunted by Scale's gang. Described a small, doll-like Sanguine with a grey attire.'​

- Unnamed Feka​

'New associate, likely only hired in the last week. Described as a Grey Feka Asha with Teal Eyes.'​

- Unnamed Northman​

'Described as a tall Velheimer, with black hair, spiky armor, and a poor attitude. Was noted very specifically not to be Gorm.'​

- Gecko​

'Scale's second in command, allegedly the new head of the company (though this is in doubt). Usually wears a dark, armored uniform.'​

- Scale​

'Allegedly dead, has been 'killed' twice now before resurfacing. Our reports state that despite this and other reported 'deaths', the Company has retained a constant headcount, indicating that they may simply be changing identities before going back to work for their own company. This has yet to be confirmed; and could be explained by recruitment numbers happening to match attrition, so take that with a grain of salt.'​

- Mesmessei​

'Scale's primary employer, and the one hiring them to conduct the kidnappings. Mainly present in the Vampire District, where the victims are taken to be used in some kind of occult ritual. Described as a pale man with red eyes, long ears, and a 'slimy' appearence.'

ADDRESSES​

- 'Claw Court 6 is the current address of Corin/'Whisper', who is being harbored by the property owner Astrid. it is part of a set of buildings rented out by her, and she is aware of Corin's activities as a mercenary for Scale. The residents have arranged a deal for Scale to ignore them, and its suspected that more of the Residents may be Scale's mercenaries living under their true identities. The building has a security system set up by an alchemist named 'Trigger', who also lives at the property.'
- 'The westernmost tower in the back of Crookback; opposite Hopestreets 7 and 8 and next to the destroyed building. This is their current hideout and headquarters, though will likely be abandoned soon after this publication.'​

'We will be doing everything in our power to disband Scale's gang of vagabonds. If you're interested in cooperating or have information to share, you may contact us at the Black Market or the Sucker Punch via intermediary to arrange a meeting.

For any mercenaries or informants, we will additionally pay an excellent rate for aid.

Finally, for any of Scale's men reading this. Your fortunes will not be made dying with him. You may have been convinced that you can simply hide your activities from your friends and family, slink off to whatever pit you call home. This is false; we will find you, and your sins will be accounted for (as I'm sure dear Corin will be learning soon). If you wish to defect; we will provide safe harbour, compensation, and a fresh start. Refuse, and there will be no safe haven for you.'
