I - The Florent Knights
"The Knights of King Florent" (or simply "The Florent Knights") is a sellsword company within the Regalian Commonwealth and has obtained rights by the Swords of Bulwark. They were created by Ser Tiberius Tyrannian after he served the Synod, House de Gosselin, and House Tyrannian after a number of years. As such, their sigil reflects a White Stallion with a black background containing two Neo-Bulwark skulls on the top right and bottom left. The leadership of the Knights consist mostly of fanatical King Florent supporters. While the sellsword company largely targets Villiers-Eclaire Knights (whom Tiberius is), they recruit any knights willing to join their ranks and take their oath. The sellsword company also styles itself more as a brotherhood of knights.
II - The Values
The Florent Knights have several values they stick to. Firstly, all knights are required to take an oath of loyalty to the Emperor, the Synod, King Florent, and the Florent Knights. Ser Tiberius makes it clear that loyalty to the State and Unionism is utmost priority and that any knight who breaks their oath shall be cast from their ranks and ridiculed. Additionally, all knights are required to be professional while on active duty and be as chivalrous as able to. The Florent Knights have a prime focus on Hiltfronist ideals with contracts they undertake largely consisting of anything benefiting King Florent, the Empire, and the Synod. All knights are required to take up arms for King Florent should he come under invasion from foreign and internal powers (unless it is the Holy Spirit or the Emperor himself being the internal power).
III - The Organization
The organization of the Florent Knights is rather simple at best. The Florent Knights are separated into combatant and non-combatant roles. All combatants are knights as well as registered sellswords and are split into four separate ranks while non-combatant roles serve an auxiliary purpose.
The combatant roles are the following in ascending level of authority:
The Captain is in charge of the overall operation of the Knights. They command the men on the battlefield and supervise contracts knights undertake.
Sergeants are men or women in charge of dividing up the Captain's burden and leading operations when the Captain is occupied.
Privates are the bulk of the knights tasked with being the fighting force of the Knights.
The non-combatant roles:
The non-combatant roles include medical personnel, cooks, personnel tasked with formal procedures on how to act, and other various duties that may asked for if penned to Ser Tiberius.
IV - The Oath
All combatant and non-combatants are required to take an oath to serve under the Knights of King Florent. The oath is as follows,
I, ___, will serve dutifully as a Knight of King Florent and declare that I will serve loyally to the Emperor, to the Synod, and to King Florent from this day until the end of days or until I am released from this oath. I declare that I will be chivalrous to all denizens of the Commonwealth and never lie to any brother or sister in the Knights. I will take up arms against those who seek to harm the Emperor, the Synod, or King Florent. I profess my oath that all may hear. May the Holy Spirit strike me down if I have broken this oath.
