It's me, back with another idea. I actually think this one is kinda cool. The basic idea, is that you can create areas, much like how you create a faction, and in that area, things such as:
1. They won't abuse it because it can have a cost per square of protection. It could be 0.5 silver per 1 block, so it would cost 1 silver (for 2 blocks, because players are 1 block wide and 2 blocks tall) as a minimum to keep someone in a spot for good.
2. People won't get trapped, because it could be against the rules to keep someone in an area if they do not want to, or a /helpop can get you out. It might be that the owners of the region have to pay money A DAY just to keep the protection. A lot of things could happen.
How this is useful / What can be done with it

- Jails! You can keep someone in one spot, such as enemy faction members.
- To prevent nonconventional methods of getting out of something. For example, you make a huge palace to be traversed, and they can only get out by completing a parkour course.
- Vampires can farm humans. They herd them like cows into a pen, and they get fed, and 'milked' for blood. This can make a food source for vamps.
