A few minor proficiency changes. Mostly swapping packs out with new ones. Some special changes.

I may swap No Man's Pack for the Gunslinger pack, but, in future perhaps. Unfortunately I can't replace either the Parkour Pack or the Disguise Pack, as much as I'd like to.
