ARLORA
  • The Elven Refugees arrive first. They work fast. These elves are mostly from Presenna, Amontaar, and other Frontierra facing provinces. As a result, they are particularly zealous, well-worked, and well-aligned with the remaining Sihndar population. By result of this, the Sihndar population starts to spike considerably as the martial Elven Refugees begin to take upon themselves the Northern Taint to signify their new lives. The Mages, however, remain Teledden.
  • Roca's Men follow suit, led by an Elven woman with about a ship full of coin. They unite with the sudden uptick of Sihndar, and to assist against the demonic hordes of Ferian, similarly begin to turn to the Northern Taint. Roca's war mages compare notes with the Pressena Elves about using magic to reignite the land.
  • This establishes a liberal population, as the magic-positive, liberal Elves and Roca Companymen join forces with the previously horrifically struggling Sihndar population. It is expected they will push for better magic laws soon, and are already beginning to find a particular closeness and loyalty with the King of Hel.

TORSE
  • The Anglian Merchants arrive first. They haven't much to do yet, but with the population nearby the Anglians quickly get to work establishing trading posts and farmsteads. The land doesn't give nearly as much as they'd like, and it isn't the riches they were hoping for, but their loyalty to the Empire lets them push through. They set up systems for the fiscal health of Torse, but not much in terms of physical health.
  • Then, the Anglian Impoverished arrive. Their respective leaders clap hands in a shake, and get right back to business in farming this new land. Torse's native population is by and large confused and a little nervous by the unity of both groups.
  • This establishes a very loyalist, centrist, pragmatic population. These Anglians are too urban and now in too new territory to uphold usual insular thoughts, and are still easily influenced by the noble peerage to veer in any political direction. They seem interested in eventually setting up citadels and envoys, but also entirely transmuting Torse into essentially a new Anglian state. Talks even fly by of renaming the territory's capital to "New Aksenfoort", or "Alexanderburg".

RUTTGHER
  • The Wirtem Settlers arrive first. The few remaining Velheim and native Ruttswyn population are initially angry about the families of the very soldiers that invaded them being moved into their homeland. This anger does not last, as the war, the famine, and now this, have so thoroughly broken them that they may only accept this new role.
  • That is, until Kathar Refugees arrive. Fleeing from Osc'iird, they are essentially moved from one wartorn country to a country that does not want them. Demilitarized terrified refugees are put under the boot of the Wirtem Settlers and the Velheim native population alike, who are both more than willing to (very temporarily) put down their arms to specifically rid the place of Aldurist Kathar. The Regalian Military remaining joins up to do much the same.
  • Many flee, many die, and some simply remain as unwanted, underpaid laborers. At this rate, where else do they have to go?
  • Vampire populations prey on the new arrivals, creating new Covens of Aldurist Kathar who have now lost their families to the choices of Regalian nobility and common folk alike.
  • This leaves behind an incredibly conservative, insular anti-magic state. Right now, the Regalian Military and Wirtem Settlers are hand in hand with the Velheim native population in exiling, killing, and kicking down the Osc'iirdian refugees. It is assumed that once this act is done, the Regalian Military and Wirtem will turn their attention to mass converting the remaining Velheim to Unionism.

REGALIA

Recognizing a mixture of money to make and culture to influence, the Arcanist's Society, Voyagers' Society, and Artisans' Society each make deals with Augustin Roca. Roca outsources the decision toward the Commoners, who will be choosing where these three Societies go at 3:00PM PST, March 1st.
Similarly, by joint consideration, the Lothar Order, Aelrrigan Order, and Bloodcast Order each decide that it would be good to keep up with this particularly active state in politics, and position themselves rightly. The noble assembly is assigned the duty of choosing where these three Knight Orders will establish their new garrisons, between Torse, Arlora, and Ruttgher. The Noble Assembly will decide at 3:00PM PST, March 2nd.
