• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Hello MassiveCraft!

I think it'd be a great idea to split the Discord forums into two separate channels:
  • Family-Recruitment in the Community tab
  • Factions-Recruitment in Factions Central tab
Right now, recruitment posts for factions and families are all mixed together, which makes it harder for players to find what they're looking for. By separating them, it'd be way easier for faction leaders to promote their groups and for family-based roleplayers to find the right crowd. This would also cut down on clutter and make both channels more useful.

It's a simple change, but it could make a big difference in helping players connect with the right groups faster - allowing us to use more relevant tags in each section. Plus, it'd give recruitment posts more visibility, making it easier for both factions and families to grow their communities.

Let me know your thoughts below, and if you support this idea, upvote via the voting mechanism on the forums here!

@Ocularum worth looking into because a lot of recruitment posts also get posted in #OOC-notices, that is the first place I come to expect these kinds of recruitment posts, I had no idea they were being posted in the #recruitment this is news to me.

You can utilize the new adverts channel in the Discord for this purpose.

Can we make it more specific? In it's current implementation, the title and description of the channel doesn't really give it a purpose.

Also, can we get some comms out about it? I didn't even know it existed until checking the forums now and I made the initial suggestion.

Just need to make it clear which one is for family recruitment and which one is for faction recruitment.

Thanks
