Various flyers and handouts would be set up on the boards throughout Regalia, simply stating.
"People of Regalia,
Raina Viduggla and Darcie Miramonte would like to present the Regalian Nature Society, or RNS for short. This group is strictly focused on the general teaching, event making, and general charity for people to be apart of. There will be various events teaching people how to have basic medical skills to even fun events like camping and various competitions. Send in a letter if this interests you at your most earliest convenience."
General Goals:
Within the Regalian Nature Society we intend to;
- Create and assist charities for the current war effort and to those in need.
- Give something for both nobility and commoners to do to bring forth a more stronger bond.
- To teach women and men about a variety of useful skills and fun activities.
- Strengthen Regalia as a whole with what we can do as a group
This is just going to be a quick explanation of what this group is on an ooc level as well as some general rules for it.
The grand idea of this group is pretty much medieval Scouts and a survival group.
OOC Rules:
- I want involvement within this group, rather than having to summon people at all times, I'd like to see a variety of people involvement.
- There will be an outfit made, a skin to be worn when events for the group is occurring.
- If you have any issues with certain people in the group, please pm me or walnoodle so we can fix whatever issue that is going on.
- Please be open to ideas and don't hesitate to write down a list of events that you may have or want to do.
[ Meet & Greet: 1st Meeting ] - March 31st - Hosted by the group as a whole - At the Golden Hive on Main street
- All will be welcome to join the group for drinks and snacks to meet and perhaps have a couple of people join.
[ First Event: Camping + Medical lesson ] - Date TBD - Hosted by Darcie and Raina
- The camping part of the event will have a variety of things involved including hunting, archery competition, and swimming lessons. Which will be hosted by Darcie mainly.
- The medical lesson part of the event will occur during some of the other camping events as an alternative. The medical lesson will have to do with basic stitches and how to handle cuts. This will be hosted by Raina.
[ Second Event: Charity Ball + Auction ] - Date TBD - Hosted by Raina and Darcie
- The charity ball and auction will be a ball having to do with collecting items for charity such as blankets, clothing, and food items. The auction will have items donated by those willing to part with it while the money made will be sent towards the war effort.
- Chair Heads: Raina Viduggla | Darcie Miramonte
- The chair heads of the group are the ones that handle creating rules, processing events, and making plans with the members of the group. They are the ones people go to if they have complaints or need to speak about things. The Chair Heads also are the ones that generally accept people into the group.
- Raina Viduggla handles; Cooking, tailoring, dancing, music lessons, and medical lessons.
- Darcie Miramonte handles; Camping, general survival skills, and hunting.
- Event Planner: N/A
- The event planner of the group happens to be the one that helps make notices about the various events to be held. You may apply for this position but keep in mind it'd be best to be active with this character and bringing up event ideas.
- Mentors: Garth Viduggla |
- The mentors of the group are the ones that help with teaching and generally being the ones to take on classes within the society. They are the ones that are trusted to make event ideas and send them in to be either accepted or rejected by the heads of the group.
