    Event: Alms Ministry cleanup of Lady of Salvation Church

    Some folks would like to do volunteer rp by removing the old charred tree and replacing it with a new sapling, with Conclave approval. We would need staff to replace the ugly tree remains with some beautified new growth and maybe pretty up the graveyard as well.

    Event will happen January 13th at 7 pm est.

    World edit doesn't necessarily need to happen in real time of course. Just some point after, please

    These chairs/stools/sofas are for the interviewer and the interviewee. They should allow both parties to see each other when seated and both seating places should be visible for the audience.

    • Two-three more seats overlooking the festival grounds stage for our judges, and maybe some boxes of tomatoes scattered about for audiences to toss at the combatants.
    • Depending on which businesses come forward, I might need some stalls surrounding the venue to have their signs updated to fit the respective shops using them.
    • You could leave little regal donations buckets about, perhaps. If there's nowhere that looks good with them, no worries.

    Exotic Hunting grounds that's "far away" from the city, perhaps in some Warmland area, including a Savannah/Forests and a trail going through. The event will start at a small base camp, fancy in style as it's the Imperial Court. Hopefully also reusable for multiple events / having multiple trails to provide for multiple different events with different animal encounters.​

    No redecoration necessary for the throne room, whatever ballroom is utilized likely already has the sort of decorations and functions desired: dancefloor, various seating/table arrangements. A particular ask is for the addition of shady side-hallways or private spaces such as gardens or rooms to facilitate any sneaky WANTON roleplay.

    I think the current Imperial Throne Room exists as a sort of alternate plane off in the Regalian wilderness, built entirely as a scenario-driven interior. That feels best.

    What would you like to have as an event?: Big ball for both nobility and commoners, with an emphasis on nobility, hosted by an anonymous supposed “noble house” (in reality, by the Athanasia Scion)

    What is the approximate number of people expected?: However many end up coming, but I’m aiming for a lot

If so, how many and what roles?: No. A DM might be useful, as at the end of the event there is going to be a surprise that might end up getting chaotic if not handled properly. I’ll explain more in detail via dms or the like but I’d rather not get too much into it on a public forum

    Will you need the use of NPCs? Which ones and why?: No.

    Will you need something built for this? If so, what?: I’d like to host this in the ballroom at the golden willow. Some general decoration would be nice but the structure itself is perfect. As far as decoration goes, a general black and red theme with simplicity.

      • Nothing re-decorated, though there might be a colloseum or such large arena that can be pasted in and adjusted somewhat. I distinctly remember a very good amphitheatre build in V4 that can be tweeked to fit the bill quite nicely.
