The Refuge's origins are very recent. While being a thought bounced around in its founders head for nearly a hundred years it wasn't acted upon until 302 A.C., when he decided that he wished to help build a home for those who were abandoned. Acting as a sanctuary deep in the undercity for Exeiiya and void alike. The founder for the group being a former Aiels Cielothar, willingly embracing the teachings and whispers of the void when they came to him in visions. Now he looks to build a haven for those who must cower from the surface, who are at threat of being forced into a life they do not choose should they be caught.
To help inspire the play of Exeiiya (Exiled) Cielothar as well as educate the general public a bit more about what they are. As well as make sure the community stays active and healthy.
To create a safe place for Exeiiya, Kathar and any who support them.
To serve as an active opposite to Petalcourt. Being run by and mainly composed of Exeiiya the idea will be to engage in actions to give Petalcourt a focused enemy.
To give a place in Crookback/The Undercity a place to RP that isn't the usual murder hobo den or bar.
To act, as the name suggests, as a refuge. People coming in would be protected by neutrality rules and contracts would not be allowed to be pursued. However, if nobody was around to stop them this could still be acted upon with the chance of having the group coming after that person.
