I am writing this public address to ask you to cease your referral to your Mercerany Band as The Ivory Company as it infringes on the name of my own Ivorymane Regiment. This is first to avoid contractual confusion and misuse of my name to actions of your own group and will happily settle this in one of two ways.

1: I will pay you 1000 regals to change your name and with it stop misusing the unit size of company as from a Regailain standard unit size, you are on the brigade level.

2: We settle this by a Conflitto Lo Incontro using our own Regiments.

Thank you for reaching out. Respectfully, the information regarding what a company and brigade is would not be new knowledge to me.

The Ivory Company denomination was not a name I directly put in place. It was only recently voted in to be renewed for the company by the Tactician Cabinet. I put high trust in my officers and their general consensus, but I am willing to meet with you to discuss this forming issue.
