    ADDRESS OF THE IVORY COMPANY:

This notice is inscribed for the purpose of public record keeping: Many reading this letter may have have no relevant association with the topic and so this is not directed at them.

    SUBJECT ONE: Ivory Company Legitimacy
On January 5, 309 AC. The Ivory Company took the following into effect. These have been categorically quoted from our codex. Information is shown below:

From the day forward, every recruit of the Ivory Company would follow a three day boot camp initiation process, testing the capability of the mercenary while instilling service and principles of the Empire into them in case they lacked.

Indoctrination goes over a three-day training regiment covering in detail all necessary knowledge and skills for an Ivory Company mercenary. Indoctrination is largely a group effort and great team building exercise, being run by an Officer, with assistance in managing the recruits provided by Sergeants, and additional bodies provided for training purposes by Lance Corporals or Privates.

    - Day 1 covers following orders, and introduces basic formations. It comprises a chaotic environment which Recruits must tolerate while successfully following orders from a training officer, providing practical experience for battlefield environments and performance under pressure.
    - Day 2 covers rank structure and hierarchy, including Noble interactions, mercenary laws, and introduces intermediate formations. It is a far calmer day than the first, with much more emphasis on learning. Recruits are sat down and given classroom-style lectures on necessary knowledge, and then quizzed. Recruits that fail to meet baseline standards will be given menial physical training until they are able to grasp the subject.
    - Day 3 covers brutal team exercises, advanced formations, and a conflict scenario. Recruits are required to perform as regularly shuffled teams to achieve various competitive goals. Recruits will then be forced to withstand unbeatable odds without breaking coherence. Finally, they are formed up to be awarded their position within the Ivory Company by an Officer.

The reason for this is simple: The Ivory Company follows a stringent structure, complete with its own goals both politically, externally and internally. Members of the Ivory Company are not to mess with the system of propriety, and so such was set into stone.

SUBJECT TWO: A Misdemeanor with Recruits

On the day of January 6th, 309 AC, the Ivory Company was met with unfair remarks by the Dame Stephanie Kreiburg. However, because the recruits of the Ivory Company had joined that week, the remarks were taken as insolence. The Count Latimer was there in his Violet Uniform, ready to arrest any law breakages if there were. He did not, meaning there were little to none broken. On the other hand, Sir Reginald Falkenreich and Countess Cecille Howlester were present in protest of the Ivories actions, in response the untrained recruits wrongly insulted them both.

After insult were thrown around, two other members of the peerage were falsely named. Due to Sir Reginald Felkenreich and Countess Cecille Howlester's involvement, on behalf of those involved, I apologize to House Falkenreich, House Kreiburg, and House Howlester. Albeit the Recruits had surmised they were within their licit boundary with the present Violet, it was incorrect for them to continue. However, the Ivory that had inflicted insult on the day of were incipiently recruited, and as to such, no indoctrination was consummated beforehand.

An apology is further elongated to the Mercenary Commissioner Lord Kreiburg who acted within his right to ascertain justice was served.

In accordance with the letter, should the Ivory be reinstated in its full capacity, the following is ascertained:

    - The Ivory Company vows to enforce more stringent codex upon our members to assure their competence. This has already been set in stone, but haplessly, was not enforced on the incipient recruits.
    - The entirety of the Ivory Company will be volunteering in the Safe House of the Alms Ministry, should any assistance be needed, in accordance with the Alms Minister.

    SUBJECT THREE: Burnings

Recently, the Steak Estate was burned down by House Playero. The Ivory Company is of the belief that they were influenced by Florence Amaya, a man who had instructed both Eloi and Mariona Playero to burn the establishment. Juctice will be served, and the Ivory is in close work with the Violet Order to make sure such is completed.

    That ends it.

With the Ivory Company having agreed to correct its ways and apologize to the offended parties, I have decided to offer them a final chance. The Ivory Company's disbandment has been altered to a suspension and they may continue their work as mercenaries. However, strong warning should be heeded by the Ivory Company, as future embarrassments from any of their members will not be tolerated by the Mercenary Commissioner's office.
As we walk along the way,
    His Lordship Theopold Kreiburg
    Baron of Langthal
    Regalian Mercenary Commissioner
    Regalian Field General

The long haired and rather large Voltalar man would go amongst his patrol to eventually catch his gaze upon the notice. The clanking of metal shifting over as he'd read along to see what the ruckus was about amongst The Steak Estate situation. Xane read things through, carefully reading along as he'd mutter

"They didn't have trials beforehand? No wonder their men were so sloppy with their work. Glad they at least have a start. Though, things feel as if this 'Ivory Company' is slowly becoming more of a guard than a mercenary group by the day."

Xane looked over to his best friend and buddied patrolsman Taeron, and handed him the letter to read himself, before beginning to walk away.

Lieutenant Ulric Malthor of The Ivory Company would walk by, noticing the message. He'd stop in his tracks, and take a few steps back. Ulric would then read the entire letter. A grin would spread across his face.

"Hah. I didn't expect Theopold to change his mind so soon. But then again, the man has no spine."

Taeron Fa’Salor took the notice from his friend, scanning it over before pinning it back on the wall where it was. He broke off into a jog to catch up with him,

“Nah, Nah, they’re mercenaries. Personally, I’m proud of ‘em for goin’ back and fightin’ for their right tah be a group again. None of the other mercenary groups do jack shit.”

The two continued off on their patrol.
