This poem was left on the noticeboard in front of the Hidden Dragon.
---
At a loss of words, we let those rather verbose speak up,
Giving in to the pull of the sea, letting it pull us in to its murky waters,
This is no cleanse, it is only a disguise-
The monsters from the deep rise.
We give in, we let go, and all we lose is another piece of our self.
Tangible or not, the effect is grand,
The monsters twist us to fight one another so that they may keep us below,
Keep us from our own sanity.
What is right and what is wrong?
Where is the justice? Where has it all gone?
How do we put it all together again?
Our sense of morality, the black and white lines we draw...
They float away to the horizon, never to be seen again.
What a horrible fate.
Regalia, our home, has seen many threats before.
But it will not recover from this one,
For this threat is far too large;
We lack unity, we lack any might we once had,
We bicker, we curse, and at the end of the day we end up farther from each other than before.
The only hope we have is what we give to each other.
We are the pieces that need to be put back together.
