- Assault on active Guardsmen
- General squalor and belligerence in public
The Captain of the Blackmarks known under the alias of Heikki is declared outlaw and is to be captured and executed when sighted. Any assistance given to this figure is declared guilty by association. Furthermore the entirety of the Sellsword company is suspended from wearing Armour within the perimeters of the city. Failure to comply to this sanction or further crimes will be punished with including and up to removal of the sword-hand and execution.
In addition to the measures taken against the Broken Standard, all other Sellsword companies are under active investigation and scrutiny and can expect similar justice if their privileges are abused. The Regalian Guard advises all active mercenaries to not carry arms and armour on their person without active contract.
