Hello, Ariru-hime here, and I would like to basically alert or possibly like to show what I have been researching recently over the past few months.
I was alerted by a local friend that someone had deliberately copy and pasted my fanfiction Mother 3 Novel onto this Forum, and had claimed it as their own. Not only did this person did this, but if you search this person's name in a search engine, it appears that this person has also plagiarized other writers as well, directly from this forum and FanFiction.net
Who is this perpetrator you may ask?
"Her" name is DCSForerunner.
As soon I was alerted via Youtube and Facebook, I was frustrated and extremely disappointed with "Her" actions. Now I was told of this more than 3 months ago. DCSForerunner had supposedly changed some dialogue and text descriptions to the novel's rough draft. I simply let it be, until I noticed over a period of time that the same person, DCSForerunner, had posted it in other websites with no credit given.
I had asked the websites to take these threads of the Mother 3 Fan Novel down, which they followed suit. Finally I was at rest knowing that this cause was a bit interesting and slightly sad on "Her" part to copy and paste someone else's work. I searched "Her" username again and it turns out "She" had done it again, but to two other known writers.
I knew that this person was at it again, with copyrighting scandals. "She" had copy and pasted yet again, someone else's work on other websites 5 times. Changing the names and titles slightly to differ from the original work.
I eventually got some contact information, and gave "Her" a call via Skype. It turns out that this person is completely ill-humored and uneducated at all. What I found was even more upsetting is that this person had been pretending to be someone "She" isn't.
Thank you for hearing me out, just generally explaining this conflict, and I would also like to thank Miss OctoberGwen and Mr. MonMarty for being this person to justice on another server, and clarifying such issue. I would hope that the Staff of MassiveCraft will further protect such magnificent writings it contains here.
