AUTHORITY
: Approved by SECRETARY FOR THE SOUTHMARK Qar-Digmaan Cro-Zzhin Yaotl on August 16, 307 A.C.
SUBJECT: General Update & Advisory Warnings
DATE: August 16, 307 A.C.

Act I
  1. So far there has been little to no harm brought by the Allar, Slizzar, or Marayan races as of Ministerial changes. Only a minor degree of reports have been filed on unruly activity by said races, a 1% value margin of the city population. This is spectacular news and as Secretary for the Southmark, I Qar-Digmaan Cro-Zzhin Yaotl wish to keep you up-to-date on said issues whence they arrive but wish to praise the rationality of the Holy City's most wonderous citizens.
  2. General public safety reminder to always be considerate about the dangers of physical touch and the avenues it can lead to, such as Mind-Control, and other forms of sorcery. When dealing with individuals you're unfamiliar with it is advised you be weary of tactile behavior.
  3. As of now there have been zero negative deployments of alchemical resources towards nobility or the warfront. The process of approval for positive deployment of alchemical resources towards the warfront is under processing. All paperwork forwarded to the Soor-Rassa-Allar per form request of necessary apparatus.
  4. In regards to pseudo-relative Commons Meeting Request of July 3rd, 307 A.C.
"Proposal for the streets to have an internal system that drains directly into the sewers, as opposed to running off into the canals so that fishermen may fish in the canals."
We advise against this and propose an alternative to how you're fishing, instead roam from up the bay and river bend which flows down and out to avoid any runoff, or otherwise contaminated waters. And we must report to you that the sewer system does not run off into the canals directly. In fact, the sewers of Regalia predates the city itself and has many alternate runoffs miles outward from the city.

Elm Underbridge looked over the generally placid act saying "That's quite the waste of ink" smirking at his own snarky quip.
