Archived New World Idea

I dont know whether this is the correct place to put this, but i had an idea for a new type of world. It could be mostly a factions world, with a area in the center with loads of generated structures, that contain loot (small amounts of diamonds, mediocre enchants, etc) and are regenerated daily or something. What do you guys think? I dont know whether this is possible on the current plugin however.

I am going to reject this feature suggestion due to the lack of explanation on exactly what it is, what benefits it would bring, and lack of interest.
