Archived Nether Wart Blocks To Nether Wart

Simple idea. Was moving house recently and I noticed Nether Wart Blocks don't convert back into Nether Wart, unlike Glowstone, which converts into 4 Glowstone or 2 Slabs into 1 of its source block. Was wondering if we could change it so it does this for storage purposes. Furthermore, other items could convert back, like 2 Blaze Powder to 1 Blaze Rod or perhaps 1 Magma Block into 4 Magma Cream. Do you like this suggestion? What other blocks should allow for conversion?
