As a few of you may have noticed, I have been temporarily demoted from the MassiveCraft team, per my request. There are multiple reasons for this which I shall not divulge here. I will be returning to Admin in 14 days from now.

Member History - MassiveCraft

I will be playing the game as a regular player and I wish to be treated as such. Do not be scared to attack or raid me because I am a staff member. I want to experience the life of a player for the final time before I go full time Admin.

Thank you.

I wish you best of luck Tom. Raid all the factions you like so that they can't call abuse. :D

-tropic thunder voice-
FULL ADMIM? Everybody knows you never go full admin!

Looking forward to see you in the battlefield tom, as friend or foe, either or doesn't matter
warms hands by fire
stop by for a discussion if you will

Have a good vacation Tom. Remember to do /helpop if you need us:D

Hmm I sense that everyone will be attacking Tom now. Curious what this "full admin" though is.

Far over the Ellador Mountains cold,
To dungeons deep and darkrooms old,
We must away, ere break of day,
To seek our enchanted apples of gold.

The admins of yore made mighty spells,
While ban hammers fell like ringing bells,
In places deep, where endermen sleep,
In hollow halls beneath the fells.
That my friend.... Is a song about "full-time admins". The Lord of the Rings song "over Misty Mountains Cold" was loosely based on it.

I love how this conversation went from Tom going on vacation to deciding who is going to sing a parody of "Misty mountains cold"

We must rally up and attack Tom! Charge!

*in the meantime, Artilles retreats and eats a donut*

Now this is entertainment!

Tom, I wanted to know... I still got the 10 iron blocks you gave me while Mrs.Baver was attacking... Do you want them back?
I dont think its right to accept gifts from an Admin for no complete reason. -Thanks

You don't feel it's right to accect gifts from an admin? O_O
The items were my own personal items, I did not spawn them in, making them 100% legit.
During the Baver attack on Regalia, I was not in creative mode, nor did I execute any admin commands.
Keep the iron blocks.

Hmmmm... I'm tempted, I really am. But unfortunately, my singing voice, even that of a dwarf, is not suitable for such a glorious song.
You can try :3 and im sure your voice will be perfect! :D

Isn't the song from The Hobbit? Not LoTR?

Yes, but the hobbit is the "prequel" to LOTR, and so I guess you're right, but I consider the hobbit to be part of the lord of the rings. Not the trilogy, but part of the overall story.
Yes, true but it its own right it is a whole new story. But this is getting off-topic. I understand your point and we'll leave it at that before I go ranting ^^

You are both wrong. Lord of the rings is a sequal to The hobbit, not reversed. The hobbit was the first book, written as a childrens book. The huge success of The hobbit made the Publishers to request Tolkien to create a Sequal. This would become his most famous work: The Lord of the Rings.

Also, sorry for Off topic ;)

:O I thought the Hobbit was written as a Prequel :'(

The Hobbit was written first. The LOTR trilogy was written as a sequel to the hobbit. It was just more epic (by epic I don't mean better I just mean bigger story line) so they made movies of it first.
But in terms of events that happened in the tolkien universe the hobbit is a prequel.

Yes, in the loosest sense of the term the hobbit is a prequel. However prequel generally means the book/movie about the events that came chronologically first was write/filmed and released second. In that sense the hobbit book is not a prequel it is just first but the hobbit movie is a prequel because it was made after the LOTR trilogy movies.

TOM IS AN ADMIN AGAIN WOO!
You know what that means?
* pauses for less than half a second then continues before anyone can respond*
We can use this thread to talk about The Hobbit, LOTR and other totally off topic stuff... Not that we were doing that before or anything(wasntme).
