Mercenary Title Promotions
The following promotions have been passed through in light of a lengthy review of Mercenary performances throughout the previous two months.

• Revna av Jorrhildr promoted to High Mercenary @Iyyiushi
• Va'la Tahruil promoted to High Mercenary @ZiggyStarDusted
• Sage Marais promoted to High Mercenary @WildSages
• Rico Clemente promoted to High Mercenary @Karthadon

Mercenary Band Approvals
The following Mercenary Bands are now legally registered and permitted to operate.

• The Longmaw Company, commanded by Haszlal (@ezalB), containing the following memberships

  • Barbossa Maz-Yaotl
  • Zzen
  • Riissu
  • Vyldello
  • Tuzzasil Izu-Zzalass

Resignation
This Decree completes the final motions passed by my position as Mercenary Officer. After a stable tenure in this government role for roughly half a year, and leading the Mercenaries through the Vampiric Insurrection with positive outcomes, I feel as though I have done my duty well enough to entrust the Mercenaries to an Officer who will have more time to dedicate for the responsibility of upkeep.

Due to conflicting schedules, I announce my amicable resignation from the position of Mercenary Officer.
