That's right you poor souls who haven't paid up on time! Magnanimus is now working with Mechbank in the Loan Enforcement Department... meaning that they can and will lay down raids on people who don't pay me back within a reasonable time frame (I usually give around 1 month or so in leeway). Just a heads up - if you've missed your payments for more than a month that means you have missed or ignored at least 3 mails sent to you by me. So expect zero mercy from me.

Magnanimus will continue to raid/attack/b*tchslap you until I see a screenshot of all the silver overdue being sent to me in this thread, I suggest you tag me for your own safety. If you faction doesn't like it they can, of course, pay in your stead but I would like them to note they have chosen to do so. If you think there has been a misunderstanding then I suggest you tag me and say so. Thank you for your cooperation.

As of 11/15/2013 I sent mails to the following people without a response. They are considered targets to be forced into paying my bank back promptly. The list is as follows:
  • Player - Faction - Loan - Interest Due
  • Commanderkull - InVictus - 195s - 39s Overdue
  • @Shros - Avallone - 200s - 50s Overdue
This list will increase in size on the 30th when I send out my set of mails to people who have loans out from after the 15th.

In my defense if you haven't even bothered to reply to 3 freaking mails than you deserve to be raided by Magna. Especially the premiums, they can cover their interest based solely on the fact that they make 75s a month for being green. Most people will never need to see the undead hoards swarming their faction because MOST PEOPLE pay their interest on time (aka, within that month).

Good point. Though to be honest, I'm not saying I'm against you. In fact, I think it was pretty brilliant. What I was saying, was that I (since I would only take out loans for important stuff, and it's very hard for me to make money) would not take out any loans from you. Good luck getting paid. :)
 
Hmm...that moment when you are very grateful you don't borrow money. From anybody. For any reason.

However, this should give Mechbank an excellent weight behind their requirement for people to pay their bills. Nice move Mech. :) Does Mag target factions, or individuals?
 
Thank god I tell my faction members that if they need a loan they can get it from the faction bank or me.
 
Long live Mech and his ingenious ideas paired up with his entrepreneur attitude. May those debtors be condemned and hunted to where even the gates of Hades turn them away.
 
This has got to be Mech's greatest idea yet. I think I'll start building some chairs within view of those overdue loan factions. It might be fun to watch :D

On a serious note Mech I think this might get dock town some enemies since if Mag enemies a faction whom houses a member who has not payed their loans and he refuses to do so and his other faction members are with him then they might end up coming to raid your faction in petty vengeance which could be concerning even more so if their base is unraidible and mag can't attack them.

But yeah, if this is RP in any way/shape/form, Duval Paolin has a headsman's axe with his name on it, courtesy of the Order of Sol.

And that's the *lightest* penalty.
 
Out of interest (pardon the pun), what happens if the faction kicks the player who refuses to pay, or the player is in wilderness already?

I hope you are Not paying for mags Services since they visit Morthion daily anyway.
Seems they are in love with our cannons.
If you pm me how much he ows in total, i may buy him out if you like.
 
This is why I don't trust banks.....or anyone actualy.
 
I was under the impression you disliked Magnanimous, as they've attacked Algaron multiple times and we're allies.

Well, I have other resources for money...Other than a bank that sends the dead after you if you're over due.

Ah, but all individuals who take out loans from me are required to agree to pay back their money. Failure to do so *could* be scamming, if the admins were more supportive in that department, but instead it will just result in them being hunted down by Mechbank (aka, Magnanimus) as per the warning in the sign in the bank stating we will do so.

Heh, are you kidding? This is an OOC post to warn players, IC Duval would keep his agreement about as well locked up as he keeps is silver.

Then the player STILL owe money and any faction that takes them will need to be aware of the fact. Good luck finding a faction with Magnanimus on ur ass.

Only Lord_Archangle has made a request of me so far, and it's to buy his bum white ass some premium so he can be green again. Something I'd do anyway once I have the money lol. As for the overall loan, all of it is listed in the original post:

RoofToilet1107- Morthion - 50s - 2.5s Overdue - 52.5s is due at this time to repay the entire loan + interest.

And then that player will not be a member of my faction, will lose all of their stuff in my faction, AND be hunted by Mangnanimus.

I'm going to be honest with you, I've never really *hated* Magnanimous. I don't agree with all of their ideas, but I like Spectec and most of the faction is made up of decent members. The fact that they attack allies doesn't bother me, it's not like I could do anything to help you anyway... and I've been allied to them for a while now, because allies are less likely to kill me.
 
Firstoffly, I've been inactive for the past week and a bloody half Mecharic. You MIGHT wanna check before you get pissy about it. Seccondoffly, I just sent you your damned money and ALL of it. I PROBABLY shouldn't argue against myself but I ACTUALLY owe you 55s. not 52.5

(Obviously out of character, because we barely know eachother IN xD) Yeah, most likely not going to happen madam. Once our good old Mech makes his mind up, there's no stopping him. For better or for worse. :P
