I like the large flowing feelings of the dresses like the ones you see in that latest Cinderella, nice job.
 
I'm no expert, but I'm definitely seeing a growing improvement in your work. Keep it up!~

Really like the colour palette and how the animal literally glows with warmth (good use of pale reds and pinks.) The background is really well done in that it has lots of detail but doesnt intrude on the subject of the art. Nice job! :)

If there is anything I would suggest for improvement (though there isnt much) it would be to add more blue in the piece so that it is more balanced. Maybe violet flowers with a hint of the same blue in the flower would be nice :) Would be interesting to see some branches, leaves and tinted blue/purple flowers coming along the left side bottom up and then across the top.
