Magical Artifacts
The Regalian Empire is quickly nearing the potential end of two catastrophic conflicts in the archipelago; namely, the Anahera Rebellion and the Drixagh Rebellion, both of which have had significant and detrimental impacts on the overall wellbeing of Regalia. It is because of the dire circumstances of the Empire and an ever-increasing need to put an end to this turmoil that the Lord Chancellor has decided to issue this peculiar offer to the denizens of all of Regalia:
His eminence does request that any individuals who currently possess an artifact of a magical nature seek a meeting with him at their immediate convenience, to discuss the potential of special and exclusive dispensations being granted to anyone who submits their artifact to be used in an exchange which will contribute to achieving peace across Regalia. For reference, this special dispensation includes but is not limited to; Grants of immense wealth, permission to possess and operate equipment or vessels usually not permitted for civilian use, revocation of persona non-grata status, and anything and everything in between.
