Family Lore:
The name of Blacktyde began to a bastard known as Ermon Blacktyde, an explorer and black sheep of his family. It is said that his father was a Coen and his mother was some commoner but whether this was true or not is unknown but most believe it to be myth. He started off the Blacktyde line when he married a woman from a set of isles known as the Kraken isles far off the coast of the lands of the Qadir and his name spread quickly. It seemed the sea burned through their blood as many became sailors and adventurers just like their founder.
The last of the bloodline however is the most curious. Balon Blacktyde was a famous ship write and renowned boat maker. His boats were used in wars, they were that good! But he was a lonely man ever since his wife had passed during child birth and though she did had quintuplets it still didn't help that they sailed away leaving him with his sisters...his terrible sisters. They too had profited from his trade though this had made them cruel and controlling, utilising their wealth for power over people. Maybe thats the reason he banished them from his halls. Though he himself was frail he still had the same amount of power and wealth as his sisters
It has only been of recent that the quintuplets have returned to the shores of Regalia on their boat "The Silence". A fitting name as some say Vicatarion Blacktyde cut off all his crews tongues. It is also strange that they returned on the date of their fathers demise too. He had been thrown off a bridge onto the rocks below by a terrible storm. Some say he did it after hearing of his sisters demise however...and some even say it was his children whom killed their father due to their alleged madness. Whatever the truth, it is unknown to all.

Family trade: Fish, and boats. They earn a hefty income from such things. They also sell assortments of goods from all over the world as well as some...less than legal things to the right customers.
Family income: Due to their large sales in so many items they make a lot of money overall which they use on boats and other things which are kept close to their chests. (PIRACY)
Family activities: Sailing, fishing, fighting and traveling. They love these the most. As well as doing what a pirate does...so pillaging, murdering and more.
Religon: The quintuplets pray to a god who they call The Many Eyed God...an odd looking and sounding being. When in public however they simply say they pray to the Imperial Spirit to avoid odd eyes and attention.
Looks:
Hair: Their hair is usually a dark muddy brown or black which is usually grown out. The men usually also grow out a beard as well which is as crazy and unkept as their hair.
Eyes: Their eyes are a darkish blue or green just like the deep sea
Skin: Their skins range from ghostly white to an average white.
Build: Both men and woman are heavily built due to their harsh times at sea, pulling heavy equipment, hauling loot etc. They also tend to have scars from their time at sea. This also links into their genetics as their mother was a strong woman.
Personality:
Resolute: They tend to keep to themselves only showing up for parties to increase their image or for personal game. This is due to their strong bond and their more illegal activities taking up so much time.
Angry: If you push them too hard they tend to become...well angry is putting it lightly. They can do so many things to you then...which I would not like to think about seeing as each child is different.
Cocky: They are all extremely cocky, making fun of peoples failures and joking even in the saddest of moods. They even did it at their fathers funeral. They also seem so smug about everything they do.
