as I am fooling about with horses in singleplayer I realized that when they are released to massivecraft we will get some horse thieves popping up here and there. share your opinion on this topic please :D

Just make a secure stable, you should be fine :D , that's what I'm doing anyway :)

How will we even get horses exactly? Don't we need a new world?

Will it work like all tameable animals, as in they don't got in other worlds

Horses are around near forested areas, sometimes in jungles, mountains and open plains. There is a low risk of having horses in MAJOR cities such as Regalia.

Horses are rare unless breed, when I played around in single player the ONLY thing that bred the damn things were God Apples keep in mind I only used pumpkins, wheat and normal apples plus the god apples.

The prices of horses may or may not go up but they are found in groups of 4-5 and you would need a variety of different breeds to actually get a strong horse with a good amount of endurance (speed). The colour doesn't matter but the breed is somewhat important depending of what the health of the horse is at that time.

So my answer to this thread is yes there will be thieves.

Horse thievery was quite the offence.

I'd like to see some of the creative ways people punish each other.

hooray more and more people are starting to agree with me :D

I'm from Rorikstead and that Imperial scum is never gonna catch me!

Can't wait to see the first army attacking a castle all on horses. That would be fun to see.
10-5 minutes later - all horses are slaughtered except 1 and all players are now on foot massacring the others army while they both die and demand more horses because they both lost horses to each other.

Horse army advantages -
Fast incoming troops, can jump fences and stone fences that players can't.

Horse army disadvantages -
Terrible at breaking things when on horse back, harder to attack someone unless you have a bow, horse blocks view of attacker/attackers, horses easily die even with armour.

Fair enough. I would still like to see it, but you're entirely right on that one.

I prefer using a donkey/mule. Have a moderate speed and no lag at all on them.

There were horses just after I joined my faction, but they were all killed in a raid.
This is meaning you are one too even though they died. I rather stop the name calling, I'd appreciate it along with many others or you may be on the bad side of all people.
