• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

(The Thing, defined as a governing assembly made up of free people.)

In-Character Info:
The Thing is a cultural group that invites all Fornoss and Velheim alike. Additionally, it will see to all potential allies and friends. This group has been formalized to compress Fornoss influence in Regalia under one identifiable organization. It is a practice of a tight-knitted community, so much as it is considered crucial to prevent Svartskra from repeating.

There is no formal leader of the Thing. This is intentionally done, so as to not create the expectation of relying on one designated member. Nonetheless, there are a list of bandmates who may be more immediately recognized for their affiliation. A list can be found below, with these members considered as 'promoters' of the organization.

Roleplay may be centered around the Fairbanks District, though is not exclusive to there alone.
  • Einar Magnusson (@RunicScrawl), son of Leif, and a Hjordi Velheimer who identifies as Hvalrik. Disconnected from his culture, Einar has turned down the path of becoming a Myndar, driven by his warm heart. A long-term goal is seeking a solution to the Hjordi's plight.

  • Eydís Annasdóttir (@ellereller), offspring of Halfvel, and a Kaina Velheimer who identifies as Hvalrik. New to the city, she insists upon establishing a stronger community with the Fornoss of Regalia. A long-term goal is unionizing the Fornoss Faithful of Regalia.

  • Signe Losnedahl (@OkaDoka), daughter of Thirun, and a Nordi Velheimer who identifies as Hvalrik. Both feared and respected, the Knight-Major of the Aelrrigan Order shares a deep love for her culture. A long-term goal is assisting the King of Nordskag in gaining global influence.

Out-of-Character Info:
I, ellereller, want to plant myself in the Fornoss/Velheim roleplay space. I wish to gather any interested people who have Fornoss/Velheim characters, or plan to make one in the future. This is all light-hearted, where I do not expect anyone to make a character solely for this group, and vice versa. It is merely an excuse for me to sink creative energy into a place of MassiveCraft Lore where I feel particularly interested. I dislike barring groups off with writing a set criteria, meaning that I am happy to welcome anyone who might wish to join. However, this group will have a distinct identity, meaning that it is not necessarily the best fit for characters who do not align with the pre-baked interests. Hopefully this makes sense. Please feel free to comment with your character and IC name if you would like to join! Alternatively, you can message me on Discord at @ellereller.
