Fathiyaa's Future Business...

So Fathiyaa wants to open her own business in the future sometime...

I have a few ideas already on what to create.

I wanna avoid stepping on other shop owners feet so keep that in mind...

What type of business (medieval type) should Fathiyaa look into?

Please just glance at her Approved Char. App. at the likes and what not... she's not gonna open a for example: blacksmith shop because she knows nothing about smithing.

Hiya! I'm actually in the process of writing a guide to starting an RP business, but before that...
Here are some business ideas for Fathiyaa that don't already have owners / have very few / are otherwise inactive:

• Seamstress / Tailor (Most popular of the listings, but there are still few and no current active ones.)
• Fabric store / Silkspinner
• Blankets, drapes and tapestries
• Jewelry store (Lots of ideas in the new minerals lore!)
• Hair styling / Barbers
• Florist
• Toy store (Dolls, bears etc.)
• Incense / Candle store
• General oddities and home wares

Those are the only ones I can think of currently that fit her character but if anyone else can think of more please contribute!

This is the orginial idea I wanted for her... I was thinking about opening a seamstress shop IC and OOC opening a skinning shop on the forums and people could IC come into Fathiyaa's shop and "buy some new clothes" in RP and then if they wanted order a skin or what ever from the OOC Shop on the forums.

Ooh, that seems like a good idea. I'm sure a bunch of people would do that. You do, however, have to make sure the said person has a forums account, otherwise you could sell named armor for Regals alternatively. (Or they could just receive the IC item, of course.)

I agree with you.... I will make sure they have a forums account if they want a skin I was thinking about selling IC pieces of named and enchanted clothes/armor or copies of like lore/voting clothing I'm not sure what the rules on that would be so I'd have to so some research before I did that

You could do a combination of the jewelry store and clothing store (@Eccetra) and have the jewelry done IC with misc. lored items, and clothing's aspects have already been described. Even better, you can include jewelry into the skinning to reflect purchases from you.
