I'm typing this on my iphon so I apologize for any crap formatting
But basically I think it'd be entertaining if there was a modifier that made your text drunk:
For example of how this would be like, check out the brewery plugin.
In that plugin, depending on how drunk you got, it'd jumble your text.
At the bottom level, you'd might just get slightly jumbled letters,
At the top level, you'd sound absolutely sh*tfaced , where in your whole text is an obfuscated mess complete with random *hics* added in
It's pretty neat, my other server used it...anyways

I'd think it'd be neat if a similar thing was added here with chat modifications,
It's not really needed, but it is entertaining to see in action!
Mechanically, you could do something like add a tilde ~ on the end of your sentence.
Very similar to how you'd add a + to do an action.
Similar to how you can affect how loud you are by how many exclamation ! marks you add,
It'd be nice if you could go from a level of tipsy ~ to shitfaced ~~~ by how many tildes ~ you add
Going like, "You can't eat my shoe"
Bobby McGee mumbles: You *hic* can't eat ma show!
Bobby McGee stutters: Yew *hic* cnat aaate *hic* shu!
Bobby McGee spouts: ye *hic* cnt et *hic* m shoooe!
Okay that was awful for on-the-spot thinking but you get the idea
