Noelle de Piedmont is extending an invitation to anyone (aside from criminals and Kathar) who are interested in having pen-pals. All you need to do is write her a letter, telling her you're interested in having one. The necessary contents of said letter are as such:
1. You must include your name
2. Please include any title you have
3. Include your likes and dislikes
4. Finally, Include what kind of person you'd like to talk with.
