HOUSE REINARD.
OFFERING the chance to be employed by a reasonable and accommodating house that rewards loyalty with loyalty, justice with justice, and affection with affection.
All guardsmen shall be given fair wages, training, a uniform, and the lasting friendship of House Reinard.
All who are willing and fit to serve are welcome to do so.
The following RIGHTS are obtained by joining:
⚬ The right to wear a cuirass of plate armor of any kind. (arms/neck/head may not be armored)
⚬ The right to wear a chain-mail skirt/hip-guard. (legs/feet may not be armored)
⚬ The right to bear non-military grade weapons in open carry.
⚬ The right to defend any member of House Reinard from aggression.
⚬ The right to perform citizen arrests on attackers against said members.
⚬ The right to transfer citizen arrests to City Guard Authorities.
⚬ The right to wear a chain-mail skirt/hip-guard. (legs/feet may not be armored)

The following LIMITATIONS apply:
⚬ Waldenwächter may only be a member of the Waldenwacht, and not other house guards.
⚬ Waldenwächter may not simultaneously have employment in the City Guard.
⚬ Waldenwächter may not simultaneously have employment in other Charters.
⚬ Waldenwächter may never act as the aggressor, and only defend during attacks.
⚬ Waldenwächter may not simultaneously have employment in the City Guard.

The following CODE OF CONDUCT must be observed:
⚬ Waldenwächter must possess decent fighting ability and a healthy physique.
⚬ Waldenwächter must keep their arms and armour in good, practical condition.
⚬ Waldenwächter must remain loyal to House Reinard. Good and true loyalty is and always will be repaid in kind. The lack of it will be repaid in expulsion.
⚬ Waldenwächter must be of good and respectful character while serving the house. Reinard is lenient, and your past may be forgiven in the hopes that your future will improve. Your time with us, regardless, must be clean.
