FROM THE DESK OF THE FREISOLDNER INSPECTOR,
SIR REGINALD TYPHONUS,
ON THE SUBJECT OF PRIVATIZED BOUNTIES:
In our city, there is much filth that plagues the checkered cobblewalk of the cities pathways. As right given to the Freisoldner Inspector by the Lord Chancellor, today announces the process of privatized contract work with registered mercenaries within the Regalian State. This marks the a new place going forth in terms of privatized outsourcing for the good citizens of the Empire.

Firstly, bounties can be set privately for exchange and providing of currency to the Mercenary who is paid out, you are to provide a receipt of this final transaction upon completion. Failure to provide these details to the Inspector will result in barring from privatized solicitation of Mercenaries and other consequences. . All bounties are to be created and drafted via contract.

Secondly, how contracts work they can work in one of two ways stated below:

  • A Noble or paying party may choose to contract only one or two select Mercenaries. If thise take place, the filing party will have to do the following:
    • Draft a contract which demonstrates the exact actions that will be taking place, for how much currency the mercenary is to be paid with. All parties need to be included by full name, including last. And finally all parties must sign at the foot of the contract. After this, the contract is to be sent to the Freisoldner Inspector, which he will return correspondence, and approve or deny the request for private contracting.
    • If the contracting party wishes to draft a contract which will solicit the service of all registered mercenaries of the Regalian State, they are to do similar to above. Draft a contract which discusses the trade of service, the price of payment for the claiming party upon completion and any further terms which may be asked from the contractor. Much alike above, the contract will need to be sent to the Freisoldner Inspector, and he will either approve or deny this depending on legality.
    • Failure to pay out Mercenaries who have completed these actions, will be taken to Regalian Courts for breech of written contract.

Who can set contracts?:
  • Anyone, however, Nobility, Guard Charters, and Clandestine Groups will have a far more likely chance for approval and be prioritized to be publicized over randoms off the street by virtue of notoriety.

How do I set up a contract?:
  • IC: As state above, you will have to follow the procedure. But generally, the correspondence to the Inspector will suffice.
    • OOC: People who pay with progression Regals will be prioritized to give Mercenary's a chance to possible participate in a financial system to give incentive to actually use the money they are awarded in RP. Whether this be a solicitation of mercenary band for a personal war or just some job a noble of Clandestine organization wants done.
      • That being said 'funny money' is still permitted, but the goal going forth will be to have the main pricing of bounties be in progression Regals so others can participate in the World System and use the money they earn for whatever they wish in the System.

All above rulings are hereby in effect, the Mercenary System is oncemore open.
Signed and Stamped,
Freisƶldner Inspector,
Sir Reginald Typhonus
