THE LORD CHANCELLOR OF THE REGALIAN EMPIRE

A Pre-Amble:
This decree is the second part to this decree, which should be read in conjunction.

Regarding the Diplomatic Ministry:
With the resignation of the late Duke Delmotte, the Lord Chancellor thanks the number of applicants and appoints Grand Duchess Milena Cadieux as acting Diplomatic Minister.

The Diplomatic Ministry will need a number of days to re-orient itself with the appointment of the new Minister. During this time period, any experienced or prospective Diplomats are heavily encouraged to apply and join. Please seek out the Grand Duchess should this apply to any upstanding Citizens or members of the Peerage.

Regarding Foreign Affairs:
In the interest of the wellbeing of the citizens of this Empire, the State has enacted a provisional Pact of Non-Aggression. This Pact entails the dedication of state efforts and resources to preventing conflict between the Ailor and Altalar peoples during this time. There is currently no set expiration date. All citizens of the Empire are expected to adhere to this Pact. Information on it will be released when deemed appropriate.

Regarding Taxation:
With the expanding financial needs of the Empire, the state will be re-evaluating the current tax plan and possible adjustments to the aforementioned rates. Please remain informed when such are announced.

Regarding the next Assembly:
The Lord Chancellor reminds the peerage that the next assembly is scheduled for Tuesday the 13th, at 7pm EST. Proposals can be brought to Her High Eminence ahead of time to reserve a place on the floor.

• No changes to Tax scheme/rates currently but they probably will be coming, so stay aware.
• Next assembly is Tuesday the 13th of July at 7pm EST. There aren't any big topics or proposals planned on my end, but, I just like having them!
