THE LORD CHANCELLOR OF THE REGALIAN EMPIRE

On the Matter of Contraband:
The State reminds all citizens of the Empire that Artifacts with unnatural and occult influence are unequivocally contraband in the eyes of the Law, which is beholden to enforcement by the Violet Order.
On the Matter of Court Mages:
The Lord Chancellor encourages all members of the Peerage to inform themselves of the recent changes to the Occult Ministry, and to re-familiarize themselves with the new law and structure. Re-registration of Court Mages is required.
A copy of the Decree is included.
On the matter of Vandalism and New Laws:
The Lord Chancellor hereby signs the following High Law offense into effect, immediately:
"To conspire to vandalize, deface, or desecrate a Unionist Church or Unionist Holy Site, is illegal."
The Lord Chancellor reminds all citizens that while laws cannot be retroactively enforced, they will be enforced strictly from the time of signing.
On the matter of the Mercenary Commissioner:
The Lord Chancellor thanks the Lord Reginald von Falkenreich for his service, and announces the vacancy of the position of Mercenary Commissioner. This position will be filled post-haste at the behest of the Defense Minister.
On the matter of the Next Assembly:
The Lord Chancellor calls the next assembly, on Monday the 24th, at 6pm CST / 7pm EST / Midnight London.

- This change to Artifact law is not an IC change Madelyn made, but a change made by Lore Staff. I am just clarifying it ICly in this decree for anyone who isn't aware.
- Your court mages are no longer your court mages! Get that fixed, if you haven't.
- Next assembly is Monday. I like assemblies. Unless another Noble House calls one, it should be the last one before the season rolls over. I'll bring the champagne.
