The B.T.B. is a coalition of those willing to serve a purpose of peace, freedom, and justice amongst the undergrowth of cities. Years tackle by, as the sewers continue to rot in their own isolation, anarchism, and depravity. Yet, the time arrived, to which order must be restored. Being the only region in the cities to truly be bounded not by law, not by religion, not by socialization, but by sheer respect. That respect, something non-biased and so undiscrimatedly must be preserved at all the costs. As a result, it is the issue of us that can and shall bring ourselves to hold the sewers in our order.

All members a part of such a protective and secured union must bring themselves to gain a sense of respect. That respect and morality is translated into a necessary code, in order to ensure the peace amongst the freedom. Without codes, we would only be what we seek to deconstruct, the sheer corrupt and stinking sewage that lays beneath ourselves.
1. Murder or any form of manslaughter, alongside maiming, is never allowed as a punishment with criminals that act against us. The only exceptions remain if the criminal's own crime and severity is so instantaneously terrible, that the only resolve is to cease their lives or abilities at all costs. However, criminals must be offered chances at redemption, chances at a bettered life.
2. What would constitute as a crime? A crime would be against those opting to live in our own collective and alliances. We hold ourselves non-partisan to any issues dealt by our alliances, as they chose to side with us. Therefore, they ought to be exempted and kept in our trusts. Yet, anything of a crime against our people must be given attention.
3. Bias must be eliminated. Any form of abberational, religious, racial or anything of a bias must be eliminated. In our work, we proceed without the biases in order to act in what is a greater sense of morality. Outside of work? Freedom remains, what is done will be done.
4. Our goals ought to be to simply keep freedom, peace, and justice as the priorities. They must be protected at all the costs necessary.
5. The surface may align themselves with us, if they ought to give us support or encouragement towards these acts. Alliances remain always a welcomed bounty.
6. Other amendments can be added as necessary to keep our code stable.
