Let's say, if a faction's lore is approved, they would not be able to be raided, unless the have a war declaration on them and the war is strictly RP. Off the bat I can tell many would disagree with this, the PvPers and such. But really, think about this. No RP faction's lore has been approved yet. It's a very rare instance, and is not going to happen often. Most RP factions are weak too, having little MCMMO skill. This would help them out, and the wars against them would have to be strictly RP. Think about it. Take your time before thinking this is bad. Consider different viewpoints.
