The following would be posted in all major thoroughfares of the city, and the undercity below.

It is hereby declared by the Lord Commander William Howlester that the dangerous criminal Sloan Perrot has been declared Persona non Grata. Their life is forfeit and they are to be killed by the Violet Order if the breach the surface. Any who know of his whereabouts would do well to inform the Violet Order, as the good citizen Ki has done in recent days, so that justice may be done upon them.​
