A Notice, to the People, From the Bloodcast Order

Dear Denizens of Regalia:

I am here to make a fact that may not have been widely known, though always true, to the good people of this City. The Bloodcast order stands for justice and the good of the people, and as such try to be present as often as they can, helping those in need of it in many ways, from defending homes and lives to cleaning destruction and helping rebuild if needed, however without proper help it is difficult to know where we are needed at all times, and that is why I write to you today.

The Bloodcast Order would like the people of this city to know that we are here and that we are willing, and happy, to help in any way we can, all one needs to do is bring there issue to our attention, if you feel threatened, in danger, or helpless, then allow us to be there for you, all you must do is let either our leader, Lazarus Lupenzi, or one of our Knight Enforcers, myself Alexander Vauclain or Seraphina von der Ebene, know of your plight, by letter or word of mouth, and we will be there.

No threat is too great or too small, no one should have to live in fear in this great city, and we are here to make sure no one ever will. When you see a Crimson cape in the City, know that it means Justice, Good Will, and Safety.

Camilla smiled softly at the announcement, leaving for a moment to notify her Maestro of the message.. Only to return to it half ripped and missing. "Tsk. Do people around her not have manners? For spirits sake.."

Without another word, she walked off to find another!

A certain Avanthar would be seen smiling proudly at the papers before moving off on her merry way. Not a crimson cape adorned her shoulders but rather a thing but clearly well cared for scarf. Seems she didn't care for capes, but still wanted to represent her order.

Nace wandered up to the notice, crunching an apple between his teeth before shrugging. "Someone needs to clean up my mess in the end, let it be these guys. They seem nice enough." He said with a scoff, sending a nudge toward a nearby stranger as the unfamiliar man blinked and just gave an stupid, confused glare toward the mangy commoner. Nace left the core of the apple under the notice before nodding "That's their first line of work here. Literally cleaning up the street. Someone call a Bloodcast!" He barked out in an amused tone.

"Hardly, they're saying their duty is to clean the manure the horses make as we stride along the roads, how fitting for a paupers Order. Perhaps they'll be keen to cleaning my boots as well." The Drachenburg knight turned his nose up to the pamphlet.

A Cielothar came upon the notice, and in taking interest asked a passerby to read it for her. After hearing of its message, she gave a cautious smile.

"That's ... really nice of them. I should find a 'crimson cape' sometime. As long as they're not guards, I think it'll be alright."
