RENNA MEN MENEYA (PEACE BY THE SWORD)

With the high elven word for 'sword', the menaya is a collective of Estelley faithful. What separates them from the usual layman is implied in their namesake: to be swords for peacekeeping.

In a city dominated by humans, the menaya takes into their own hands to be judge, jury and executioner to those who bear harm to the Estelley providence, often times skirting the line between being law-abiding citizens and vigilantes.

It goes without saying that despite being an ethnoreligious entity, the menaya often find themselves poking their noses into places where it shouldn't belong, following the ideal that 'justice is for all' after their patron-God's ascension into the pantheon in late 311 AC.

• Elven providence. Anyone can find a reliable cast of Estelley worshipping characters to roleplay with consistently, whether it be for theological conflict or interpersonal plots.
• Answered supplicants. Rumors circulate that the menaya work with a host of Exist Arken rather frequently, some of its members being closely involved and in contact with such entities.
• Purposed swords. The menaya are closely attached to Floral Court and Root Court, defending these two locations fervently through the public face of a militia. Sometimes they may go out beyond these locations to put on a public front as mercenaries-for-hire.
  
  • Callëlassä: The unusual merger of a Justice Cult and a branch of the Tiger's Paw mercenary company of Suvial, the Callëlassä (Silver Chalice) Company operates as a collective representation of the interests of non-Allorn Elves in Amontaar, and diehard supporters of the Sol as well as the Estelley clergy which has worked so hard to protect his family across uncounted millennia. Few are as loyal to the idea of what the Samhaal Dynasty represents as this company of Elves. Nonetheless, with the Tiger's Paw in large part working for Roca and the desires of every side unclear, there may be room for issues yet.
• Demons & Deals*. Word-of-mouth goes that those within and tied to the menaya are trying to either wiggle their way out from the attention of dangerous demons, or find a way to deal with them. (On-going plot)
