The Blooming Lullalys is a newly opened shop situated across the stalls at WillowShop IV which is located directly next to the entrance of the Golden Willow.
It can also be identified by its large open window and floral arrangements hanging from the outside of the stone building.
The Blooming Lullalys is a potion shop that is run by the Duchess Amelina Peirgarten. Every potion that is sold has been personally handmade by the Duchess. Potions range from simple party tricks to assisting with medical needs such as hair growth.
The stock of the shop rotates nearly every day with a new potion of the day being listed each time the Duchess is within the store. Potions not found on the ready-made list can be requested and made in-store. Private consultations are also available and the privacy of the customer is always respected at The Blooming Lullalys.
