After endless weeks of preparation, House du Poncaire is JUBILANT to announce the ceremonious opening of the Blonde Rouzhelle in Regalia. After finally expanding their family-owned luxury casino chain to the Crown Capital, the family invites all bon-viveurs of the city to a night unlike no other to formally commemorate the establishment's inauguration.
