The following information is IC.
- The Wailing Wraith is nestled in the depths of the sewers, the owners of the establishment being known as a Feka Asha and an Ailor named Kauket, The Drake and Sophie Perrot. The Wraith is a hub of activity, welcoming all those from different paths - Including those of the sanguine & Cahalic nature. All are welcome, just as long as they do not start a conflict on the premises.
- COME ONE COME ALL! Due to the bars neutral alignment, everyone is welcome no matter afflictions, so as long as you're civil you're welcome.
- Don't Start Shit! The Wailing Wraith does not condone any form of violence or aggression either verbal or physical, if aggressors continue to do such after the three provided warnings they'll be asked to leave the bar and settle things outside.
- No Kids! Anyone under the age of 17 will be asked to leave the bar, the same applies to anyone who brings their children to the Wraith. Our bar is not a daycare.
- Don't Spike The Drinks! This policy is rather self-explanatory, if anyone is caught spiking someone's drink they will be introduced to the depths of the canals.

- You are more than welcome to schedule an IC meeting. Applicants are first evaluated for good community standing & adherence to RP conduct. If this passes, then it's all IC from then on.
