Some may say that the most annoying people are the ones who wear headphones and hoodies and don't do anything in terms of Roleplay.

Some may say that the most annoying are the ones who are the same but interrupt Rolplay.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have found the person who is even more infuriating.
I came across someone with an actual race (Thylan), MPM and all, but this person (not stating a name) completely shatters all thought of lore.
Let's start with their skin: a wolf skin with long black hair, and modern clothes.
Next, they were talking to people using their names (as if they knew them), and generally meta-gaming whilst talking out of character.
It was quite annoying, but why not just ignore it, you say?
Well, after a time, I messages them to say they were being in-compliant with lore and some corrections. They immediately got angry with me and said something along the lines of 'I choose how they are depicted, you can't tell me what to do'. After some talking trying to correct them, they ignored me and continue as usual.

In conclusion, the most annoying person is the person who has no idea to RP, yet still tries and doesn't accept criticism.

I hate people when they wear headphones and hoodies (OCD overload).

But fortunately, I am yet to meet someone who meta games and breaks lore. But I can imagine how frustrating that must be.

Also, the new players who become vampires and run around during the day, or Dakkar that go for a jog in the rain frustrate me a lot. Sigh.

But I completely agree with you.

The people I love the most are people who yes, they wear a hoodie skin and don't know how to roleplay, but they ask questions and later on I see them and have become pretty good at roleplay, are being mature, and respect other players.

The people I hate the most are people who don't know how to roleplay and wear a hoodie skin, but refuse to learn, caps and curse when I try to help, and refuse to read lore stating 'my life nt urs'. IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW, THERE IS A Y AND O IN THE WORD U. That is all.

I find myself in positions like this all the time and, yes, it is infuriating. People are stubborn and set in their ways, if they are determined to do something, they will do it, though sometimes they will give in and listen to what you say. I, personally, believe that @Ryciera 's way of dealing with this is the best. You approach the person, and tell them about their non-compliance to the lore and message them in PM about it, bringing it about in public can be rather like a scolding, and can cause even bigger problems. Send the person a link to the lore, offering to help out, but also encouraging them to read the lore and develop a compliant character. Kindness will win you more battles than being flat out rude, at least in my experience they have.

The people I dislike (I believe hate is a very strong word in this instance) the most are the ones who are betting they are the best at every-thing and think they can do whatever they want and speak however they wish.

More or so it is the ones who refuse to accept the truth and take advice to lengthen their possibilities. I love handing out helpful tips to those who need/want it.

I love it when people actually accept advice and you can see them become much better and nicer in-game.
 
Yep, the people that annoy me most on here are the ones who get angry for telling them that they aren't following lore

I get really annoyed by people who use other characters as their own, I've seen Rin ok umbra running around and ask him nicely not to but he'd always tell me that I should stop playing my character and then he would stop playing as Rin. That was sort of frustrating but it's not too bad.
 
No, the people i hate the most are the people who acually tell me to read the lore when they have gooten something wrong. Then they get very superior, and in the end, when I try to talk to them, they say "Rp Blacklisted." THey also come up with complicated solutions that are not in anyway implied by the lore...
 
Personally, these people are just a nuisance in my opinion. The people I despise are the people who act like super humans in rp fights. They never die, get injured, or get defeated. Then when you tell then at this point they would be at least badly injured, they accuse you of meta gaming. I also have had a few people take hits, and then get stabbed, then run a mile. As someone with 3 dead characters, this really grinds my gears.
 
To me, the most annoying are people who force roleplay to their will, and still Meta roleplay whilst being able to hide behind friends who claim they dont. Not going to mention names however.
The second thing that annoys me is people who treat the people who can't roleplay but want to learn how like a hound of hell. It just drives out such amazing potential, I mean most learn by trying and failing, and going on from there. That's how I learned, and I'm not actually that bad at it either.
However, the situation is different if they are first hostile to you, then being a normal human being you'll talk back. Insulting them first from what I have seen just makes me feel terrible.

Hey, we were all noobs at one point. Though I never used a modern era skin...why would I play a game and look like an everyday person? I find It hilarious because these people wish to look a bit edgey, when they look like most the population.
 
The people I dislike the most are people who instantly think they are more important than you because their Mcmmo skills are better than yours.
Also people who constantly gloat to you about their pvp skills.
 
I hate nearly anyone who play a thylan or chi'i, as they are 99.99% furries and weeaboos, not saying they can't be good, but there sure aren't many

Now for the people I despise the most are those who while I accept my flaws in role-play, continue to rub it against my face, and when I ask for ways to improve, they stay silent. Right @Kiba Araqnuibo ? We have both been there...
 
I agree with you guys on those annoying people, but another thing that irritates me are the people that are RPing as characters from books; they don't do it right, have the wrong skin, and totally butcher it. Those called plagiarizing! Even if you do it crappily!
 
OH yea, or those people that have the "-us" at the end or use really, really cliche names or tolkien like names..stormwind, icesword, greens wood, brutus legoathatus or something along those lines..really gets on my nerves those uncreative, unoriginal, painful-on-the-tongue names. xD seriously ppl, be serious and spend some time on your characters!

The people that annoy me are the hoodie skinned people that refuse to learn. One person said to me
"well me is noble IG so haha" I check /whois he had started the server YESTERDAY, WASN'T PREIMUIM HAD NO FACTION AND HIS USERNAME SAID HIS REAL NAME. Another one said he was a guard... A GUARD AND THAT HE WOULD ARREST ME FOR OOC REASONS
 
I hadn't thought of it, but the person in question had bit of all of your pet peeves. Cliche name, was furry-like (Thylan with long head hair), etc.

Do you mean like people who run around role-playing as Bella and Edward or shouting out that their "Jon Snow", because they irritate me as well.
 
People who think RP battles are won by McMMO skills.. smh.

Those people who you're going to assassinate when they reach that dark alley, you jump from a ledge with your blade ready to cut their throat and see their colours run, but they just say : dodges. Then god RP with : climbs up 192301923103ft ledge and jumps on you killing you. >.> *breathes*
 
I love everyone, but there are a select few that tend to grind my gears... One being those role players that befriend you, try to rp with you constantly, and when they can't find you, they spam your messages until you reply with your location, where they eventually come walking up to you for no apparent reason-- even in your own house which the person in question's character has no idea where your own character lives... Le sigh.

I also get a bit annoyed when others role play as combat GODS and never lose a fight... There are also those that role play as women and make their character much too overpowered for their size and gender. Sorry, gals. Men are stronger in most cases (even more so in fantasy role play), so don't try and tell me that a 16 year old girl can take down a 35 year old barbaric man...

I know that I am FAR from perfect when it comes to role play, but I am open to advice and criticism... I just wish others wouldn't be so quick to dismiss my pointers as useless information... :/

On a lighter note, I'm quite happy with those that I have been rp'ing with as of late!! I've met so many awesome people on the server, much more positive experiences than negative ones! I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful community :)

Oh, another thing I forgot on my other post is people who attack you for no reason. Some guy said his Orc character was afraid of skulls, and he began to try and assault my character when I was just watching a tense roleplay happen with characters I can only dream to roleplay with. I never stated I was OOC either to watch it, so I was technically still in character too, I didn't want to make it look I went OOC just to escape my character in an injury.
Made me and him look like an ass.
 
Honestly I'm not going to even try to list everything that bugs me because the list would be way too long. In a nutshell, anything that throws the lore and the general atmosphere of roleplay completely out the window is usually enough for me to leave the area, depending on the severity of it. If someone says my roleplay character's name without actually learning it in character, hey I'm okay with that, because if they're interested in roleplay, with time they'll learn not to do it. But people who roleplay fight without getting a scratch, and vampires roasting themselves at spawn just annoys me to absolutely no end. But what makes it that much worse are the ones who do that but don't accept criticism. It drives me nuts when people actually get mad at you for giving them pointers.
 
I don't dislike anyone so far. I've been lucky enough not to run into any of these hooded annoying characters. :p
 
I am annoyed only by people who try to force their will upon me, be it in Roleplay, PvP, or any other aspect of the game. I'm looking at you Raptum. -coughs twice-
 
Bad grammar.

Acts rudely OOC.

Not lore-compliant.

People who RP rape and ERP with minors disgust me the most.
