POLICY
| ⚙ | Respect the Engineers; they are the driving force behind the Guild. Let them do their work without unrequested hindrance.
| ⚙ | Respect the Contract; when purchasing a service or product, we ask that you leave behind a deposit totalling half the price of said service or product. Once the contract is fulfilled, and the service has been provided, the other half may be paid. Engineering is an expensive trade; we cannot afford impulse purchases. None are exempt from this policy.
| ⚙ | Respect the Product; the first thirty days after acquiring your product, you are subject to our free-of-charge Repair & Maintenance Policy; after the thirty day period expires, your product is no longer safeguarded. Engineering is, again, expensive, so try to take good care of your belongings.
| ⚙ | Respect the Brand; whilst we are capable of maintaining products of other engineers, this will likely come with increased costs; to add to this, we can only guarantee the continued operation of our purchased products by conducting our personal specialized maintenance. Try not to tamper with our products unless absolutely necessary!
